Privacy policy
Site Classes WA (ABN 61 700 384 322) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect the details you type into the form:
- the site address
- your name, mobile number and email address
- any plan or survey you choose to attach
Like most websites, we also collect basic information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, the device and browser, and whether you arrived from a Google ad. This is collected with cookies and similar technology.
Why we collect it
We use your details to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and carry out the site classification if you go ahead. We use the website information to understand which of our ads and pages work, so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to run this website:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores quote form submissions so they can be sent to us.
- Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), which measures visits and tells us when an ad led to an enquiry. When you submit the form, your email address and phone number are scrambled into a coded form (hashed) on your device before being sent to Google, so Google can match the enquiry to an ad click. Google does not use this to contact you.
These providers may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage how Google uses your information at myadcenter.google.com. You can also call us instead of using the form.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing connor.budimir@siteclasses.com.au or calling 0404 467 383. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
